8. If at the end of the term the lease is not renewed, the
Lessee should allow all visitation requests for all
potential new tenants , for which 24 hours notice will be
given. The same applies to visits from potentials buyers in
the event that the condo is put up for sale during the term
of the lease .
9. Any damage caused by the Lessee in the condo or common
area needs to be fixed or compensated by the Lessee.
