1) During the lease term, the Lessee is responsible for
maintaining liability and property damage insurance at
their own expense and must provide a copy to the Owner. The
coverage amount must be at least two million dollars
($2,000,000.00).The Lessee acknowledges that the
homeowner's insurance does not cover their personal
belongings.

2)Any move-in and move-out fees imposed by the co-ownership
are the responsibility of the Lessee.

3) No pets are allowed during the lease term.

4) The Lessee must read and comply with the building's
rules and regulations.

5)Any damage caused by the Lessee during the lease will be
their responsibility. Normal wear and tear is acceptable.

6)The Lessees agrees to clean the apartment upon his
move-out.

7) The Lessee is not permitted to paint or make any
modifications to the unit without prior written consent
from the Lessor.

8) The Lessee agrees to submit rent payments via e-transfer
for the entire lease term.

9)The Lessee agrees that smoking of any kind is strictly
prohibited on the premises throughout the lease term. This
includes but is not limited to cannabis, tobacco, shisha,
and electronic cigarettes.
