Before signing the Lease
- Visit for qualified candidates with appointment only.
- Credit check report and tenant's employment letter and
proof of income should be fully satisfied by the landlord.
During the Lease
- Residence only, no smoking and cannabis activity inside
the condo, no Airbnb.
- Sublet or lease transfer is not allowed without the
Lessor's consent.
- No pets
- The tenant will be responsible for the moving in and out
fees charged by the syndicate.
- Tenant insurance of $2M civil liability and Hydro account
confirmation are mandatory on or before handing over keys.
- The tenant must keep the property clean and in good
condition, broken equipment or damages due to excessive
usage, such as scratched or dented floors, damaged
appliances, etc. shall be the tenant's responsibility and
shall be fixed, replaced or repaired at the tenant's
expense.
- Any penalty due to violation of building bylaws during
the lease term will be paid by the tenant(s).
