whole property including balcony.
- Lease transfer and sublease are not allowed without the
Lessor's consent.
- Airbnb is strictly forbidden.

- Credit check report, employment letter are required to
fully satisfied by the landlord.
- The tenant is responsible to keep the condo in good and
clean condition until the termination of the
lease. Tenant must return the unit back to the owner as
the same condition as given. Otherwise, a
$500 cleaning fee and additional repairing fee will be
charged to the tenant.
- Lost keys and building Fobs are at tenant's expense.
- Tenant's insurance of $2M civil liability are required
during the whole lease term.
- During the Lease term, any penalty due to violation of
building bylaws will be paid by the tenant.
- Before handing over the keys, tenant needs to provide the
tenant insurance and Hydro account confirmation.
