- Credit report, employment information and proof of income
should be fully satisfied by the
landlord.
During the Lease:
- Residence only, no pets, no smoking nor cannabis activity
inside the condo, no Airbnb.
- tenant's insurance of $2M civil liability are mandatory.
- The tenant will be responsible for the moving in and
moving out fees charged by the Syndicate
or management company.
- The tenant must keep the property clean and in good
condition, broken equipment or damages
due to excessive usage, such as scratched or dented floors,
damaged appliances, etc. shall be the
tenant's responsibility and shall be fixed, replaced or
repaired at the tenant's expense.
- Any penalty fee during the lease term due to violation of
building bylaws will be paid by the
tenant.
- Tenant insurance and Hydro account confirmation should be
provided to the Landlord before
handing over the keys.
- The tenant shall return all the keys to the landlord when
the lease term ends and shall
compensate for any loss of keys.
- Annex of Lease should be integral part of the Lease
signed by the tenants together with the
Lease.
Lease is possible for 12 months according the tenant's
situation.
