Heating, Electricity, internet/WIFI, cable, tenant insurance, moving in and out fee charged by management.

Before Lease:
- Credit check report, employment letter and proof of
income are required to fully satisfied by the landlord.
- Credit report will be provided by Lessee(s) or broker of
Lessee(s).

During Lease:
- Residence only, no pets and no smoking nor cannabis
activity.
- Lease transfer and sublease are not allowed without the
Lessor's written consent.
- Airbnb and any type of short term rental are strictly
forbidden.
- Tenant is responsible for costs related to moving in and
out fee charged by the management.
- Tenant must have tenant insurance with 2M civil liability
which should be valid for the whole
lease term. Tenant insurance and Hydro account confirmation
should be provided to the Landlord before handing over the
keys.
- Any penalty of violation the building bylaws and city
bylaws during the Lease term will be paid by the tenant.
- Tenant should keep the condo in good and clean condition
until the termination of the lease and return to the lessor
at the same condition as given except normal wear and tear.
otherwise cleaning fee or repair fee will be charged to the
tenant.
