Internet, hot water, fridge, stove, washer, dryer, dishwasher, kitchen hood, Central AC, curtains, light fixtures, one bed with mattress, one desk and one chair.

Tenant insurance, moving in/out fee charged by management, electricity, heating, cable.

Before Lease:
- Credit check report, employment information and proof of
income are provided by the candidate and should be fully
satisfied by the Landlord.

During Lease:
- Residence only,
- no smoking nor cannabis activity.
- Sublet or lease transfer are not allowed without the
Lessor's consent.
- Airbnb or any kind of short term rental are strictly
forbidden.
- No pets
- The tenant will be responsible for the moving in and out
fees charged by the syndicate.
- Tenant insurance of $2M civil liability and Hydro account
confirmation are mandatory on or before handing over keys.
- Tenant must keep the tenant insurance valid during the
whole lease term.
- Lost keys and building Fobs are at tenant's expense.
- The tenant must keep the property clean and in good
condition.
- Any penalty due to violation of building bylaws during
the lease term will be paid by the tenant.
- At the end of Lease, tenant is responsible to return the
condo in same condition at occupancy except normal wear and
tear.
