- Proof of civil liability insurance ($2,000,000)and
confirmation of a hydro Quebec account must be provided
before the move-in date. The insurance must remain valid
for the entire term of the lease, without interruption, as
well as during the renewal period.
- No smoking any sort of substance on the premises inside
the property throughout the term of the lease.
- No subletting or transfer the lease shall be permitted,
unless get the permission of the landlord. No Airbnb, no
short-term rentals.
- No pets shall be permitted unless get the permission of
the landlord.
- A satisfactory credit check by a third-party company such
as Oligny-Thibodeau is required. The promise to lease is
conditional on a satisfactory credit check from the
landlord.
- Move-in fee shall be paid by the lessee(if applicable).
